  2. Click on the available cabin you would like to reserve.
  3. Provide the required information in the form and click the "Submit" button to reserve the room.
  4. Call us on the next business day to confirm your reservation at 1-800-743-0405 9am-5pm Central Time.
  5. If we have not heard from you and cannot contact you on the second business day, your cabin will be returned to inventory.

Deposits
The deposit amounts listed are required to reserve a stateroom and are per-person. The deposit is fully refundable until December 10, 2012.  After December 10, 2012 refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis and honored at the sole discretion of Bare Necessities Tour and Travel Company.  Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Payment Dates Schedule
After the initial deposit your remaining balance will be due in three equal installments on December 10, 2012 (Cancellation Date), May 26, 2013, & November 25, 2013.
